Are lab grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes, completely. A lab grown diamond is a real diamond: same carbon structure, same hardness, same fire and sparkle. The only thing that’s different is where it grew. Ours are made in a lab instead of being mined, but put one next to a mined diamond and you won’t be able to tell them apart. Even a jeweller’s tester reads it as a diamond, because that’s exactly what it is.
Why should I choose a lab grown diamond?
Honestly, it comes down to getting more for your money. Since they cost less than mined stones, most people use that to size up, whether that’s a bigger carat or a nicer setting, without stretching the budget. And if knowing your diamond is conflict-free matters to you, that’s a real plus. A lot of our customers tell us that’s what tipped the decision.
Do your diamonds come with certification?
Every stone is graded on the 4Cs, so you know exactly what you’re getting on cut, colour, clarity and carat. If you want the certification details for a particular piece, just message us on WhatsApp before you buy and we’ll send everything across.
Can I customise a piece?
This is one of our favourite parts. Tell us the diamond size you’re after, the metal you’d like (14K or 18K white gold, among others) and your ring size, and we’ll build it around you. Already have a design saved on your phone? Send it over and we’ll take it from there.
How do I find my ring size?
There’s a ring size chart on the site that makes it easy to measure at home. Still not sure? Message us and we’ll talk you through it, or pop into the store and we’ll size you properly in person.
Do you ship outside Dubai?
Yes, we ship orders with free shipping (capped per order). Delivery timelines depend on your location, so message us with your address and we’ll confirm the details for you.
Can I visit your store?
We’d love that. You’ll find us at Shop 12, Hind Plaza 7, in the Gold Souk District in Deira, Dubai, open every day from 10am to 9pm. Can’t make it in person? Take the virtual tour and browse the whole collection from wherever you are.
